New Hampshire Tax Rates
Although we do not have sales or income tax, we do have property taxes and transfer taxes. The current list of property taxes by town can be found here. Transfer Taxes are calculated by $15 per $1,000 of the purchase price. This is split by the seller and the buyer in most transactions, but can be negotiated.
